Sales Policies

Hanco is a wholesale distributor for the independent and corporate owned tire retail business, automotive services, automotive dealers, government, state and local agencies, schools and municipalities.

How to Order
  • Order Online
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Payments at checkout
  • Contact our knowledgeable customer service department by phone, email or fax
    • Our customer service team may enter your order for delivery or help you with any questions you have to match our products to meet your needs.
How to Become a New Customer You may set up a new account by completing this credit application and tax exempt form. Completed credit application may be faxed to us 1-800-328-7401 or you may email them to hanco@hancousa.com.
For established open accounts our terms are Net 10th, Proximo
  • Payment is due the 10th of the following month; the 25th of each month is Hanco’s cut-off date.
  • Service charges will accrue at 18% annually (1.5% per month) on all past due charges.
Freight Policies
  • All orders received by 3:30 p.m. will ship the Same Day (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) to credit-established accounts (some freight shipments excluded).
  • Customers without an account pay freight with the exception of large orders, pre-approved by our customer service department.
  • Prepaid freight limits will be set up with customers when their account is set up.
  • Freight charges will only be credited back with management approval.
Holiday Hours

Hanco will be closed the following days so our empolyees can spend time with their families for the holidays

  • January 1st, New Years Day
  • May 31st 2021, Memorial Day
  • July 4th, Independence Day
  • September 7th 2020, Labor Day
  • November 26th 2020, Thanksgiving Day
  • December 24th, Christmas Eve
  • December 25th, Christmas Day
Return Policies
  • All returns must be pre-approved by our credit department or a sales rep before returning. If an item is being returned via Speedee, UPS, Fed-Ex or customer’s vehicle, authorization is needed by our credit department before sending it back.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
  • All merchandise must be in its original condition including the outer packaging, free from dirt and debris. Items that require repackaging or cleaning will be subject to a restock fee.
  • Special order returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Warranty Polices
  • Hanco will follows manufactures warranty policies, which may differ from product to product.
  • Tires will follow manufactures guide as well.
    • Depending on the manufacture the tire may be prorated, or may need to be returned to the vendor.
    • An end user sale receipt may be needed as well.
  • Credit will be issued when Hanco receives credit from our vendor.
